Rental Policies and Procedures
Check In: anytime after 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: anytime before noon.
The calendar below will show when the rental unit is booked.
After reviewing the open dates give us a call or send
an email with your choice of nights.
A credit card number is required to be on file to confirm your reservation. This information can be phoned in.
If you intend to pay for your visit by credit card it will be processed through our Pay Pal service. You may use the pay pal link above, or we will process it for you.
A deposit may be required during periods of high demand.
Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to your arrival date. Any
refund will be less a $50 handling fee. Last minute cancellations
may result in the full charge of reservation if we are unable to
rebook.
Pets are welcome, but we ask that the pet is not to be left unattended and owner is expected to do their own scooping.
You are in a rural area and this is a vacation home. There are no phone lines, no internet and cell phone service can be limited.
Driving
Directions: Find your way to Hwy 62/412, Gassville, AR. If you are
coming from the west, turn south at Red Bud Lane and follow the map
to the river. If you approach from the east, turn south on Hwy. 126
and follow the map to the river.
