The Butler Bungalow is approximately 600 sq. feet of living space. You'll find it most comfortable occupied by two or three people. This rental is actually part of a privately owned duplex. You may, on occasion, share the outdoor areas with the owner but more often the other unit is unoccupied.


Click photo at left to check out your river access. Appliances include a full size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster oven and microwave. You'll find a wide variety of dishes, pans, utensils if you are motivated to cook during your stay. The bedroom is furnished with both a king-sized bed and a twin bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is generously supplied with towels, soap and toilet paper. There is a television with satellite service. You'll have parking for a vehicle and a boat next to the rental. And your family pet is welcome to join you here.
